Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited program required.
• 4-7 years of experience in an architect or interiors office preferred.
• Experience with Autodesk Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, and MS Office essential.
• Health and welfare management of the Revit model required.
• BIM Execution Plan development and enforcement on assigned projects.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adherence to graphic standards across team members.
• Create graphic and marketing presentations for clients.
• Research and coordinate details of specific scopes of work and sub consultants.
• Collaborate with product vendors to develop construction details.
• Administer construction contracts with CA lead support.
• Utilize building codes to develop floor plans and interior design elements.
• Engage with clients to meet project goals.
• Lead interiors client presentations and manage project phases independently.
