Qualifications/Experience:
Minnesota Administrator license required.
Minnesota Teaching License required.
Superintendent license preferred.
Teaching, understanding, and experience with curriculum and standards.
Experience as an Administrator, Principal, Assistant Principal, or other curriculum advisor desired.
Successful background check required.
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities Needed:
Strong leadership, collaboration, and interpersonal skills with the ability to build positive relationships across diverse groups. Knowledge of Minnesota State Standards and Common Core Standards. Experience using data analysis, reporting, and extraction tools to support decision-making and continuous improvement. Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing, facilitate meetings, implement work plans, solve problems independently, and effectively supervise and evaluate staff.

Specific Tasks:
Provide leadership and oversight for PreK-12 curriculum, instruction, assessment, and standardized testing programs. Lead the development, implementation, and evaluation of evidence-based educational programs aligned with Minnesota state standards and district goals. Direct curriculum planning, program evaluation, budgeting, staffing, and professional development initiatives. Collaborate with and advise district leadership, the School Board, and staff on instructional programs and continuous improvement efforts to support student achievement and the development of well-rounded, responsible citizens. Hours Per Day:
1.0 FTE, 260 days per year, year-round position
