How you'll make an impact in this role- Collaborates with hospital leadership and medical staff to identify and develop new patient care programs, policies, procedures, and practice standards.
- Develops and implements a comprehensive program to measure, assess, and improve the quality of nursing care provided across the organization.
- Evaluates the function and structure of assigned areas to ensure the appropriate allocation and utilization of services and budgets in alignment with our strategic goals.
- Ensures full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations related to nursing services and healthcare delivery.
What minimum requirements you'll needLicensure / Certification / Registration:
- Registered Nurse obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.
Education:
- Master's degree required.
Work Experience:
- 5 years of experience required.
- 10 years of experience preferred.
- 2 years of leadership or management experience required.
- 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
What additional preferences we're seeking- 3-5 years of previous experience as a CNO
