Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership
- Lead end-to-end solution design for intelligent automation and AI initiatives, translating complex business requirements into scalable, enterprise-grade architectures.
- Serve as the primary technical authority in client-facing solutioning discussions, leading discovery workshops, architecture reviews, and executive presentations.
- Design and oversee RPA and workflow automation solutions using UiPath and Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring alignment with client technology ecosystems and governance standards.
- Architect AI-powered solutions integrating generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, large language models (LLMs), and RAG patterns into automation workflows and enterprise processes.
- Establish technical standards, reusable frameworks, and delivery playbooks that elevate quality and accelerate time-to-value across engagements.
- Evaluate emerging automation and AI technologies and advise clients and internal teams on adoption of roadmaps and build-versus-buy decisions.
Team Leadership & Delivery Oversight
- Manage and mentor cross-functional project teams of Associates and Analysts, fostering a culture of technical excellence, accountability, and continuous learning.
- Own project governance across multiple concurrent workstreams, including scope management, risk identification and mitigation, milestone tracking, and status reporting.
- Conduct regular code and design reviews, ensuring solutions meet performance, security, maintainability, and compliance standards.
- Lead stakeholder management activities, including structured communications with C-suite sponsors, operational leadership, and IT partners throughout engagement lifecycles.
- Contribute to performance management, career development planning, and skills growth for junior team members.
Client Engagement & Business Development
- Build and sustain trusted advisor relationships with client leadership, identifying expansion opportunities and contributing to account growth strategies.
- Support proposals, RFP responses, and client presentations by developing solution narratives, scope estimates, and delivery approach documentation.
- Contribute to Huron's Intelligent Automation and AI go-to-market strategy, including thought leadership content, internal training, and practice capability development.
- UiPath Certified Professional – Automation Solution Architect Professional or Microsoft Power Platform Certfication
- 5–8 years of progressive experience in digital consulting, intelligent automation, or AI solution delivery, including ownership of multiple concurrent client engagements
- Demonstrated experience architecting and delivering end-to-end RPA solutions at enterprise scale using UiPath (Orchestrator, attended/unattended robots, REFramework)
- Hands-on experience designing and implementing AI/ML-powered workflows, including practical application of generative AI, LLMs, and/or RAG architectures in enterprise settings
- Proven track record of leading and developing project teams of 3 or more in a consulting or professional services environment
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for executive and non-technical audiences
- Experience independently planning, organizing, and governing complex project workstreams with minimal supervision
- Proven analytical and structured problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information into actionable recommendations
- Excellent oral and written communication skills; able to produce client-ready deliverables including solution architecture documents, functional specifications, and status reports
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience
- US or Canadian work authorization
- Claude Foundations Architect
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot Studio, Azure Foundry, or AWS Bedrock in enterprise automation contexts
- Python development experience with AI frameworks (LangChain, LangGraph, Semantic Kernel, Hugging Face) and RAG pipeline design
- Experience delivering automation and AI solutions in healthcare, higher education, financial services, or life sciences industries
- Familiarity with intelligent document processing (IDP) platforms (e.g., UiPath Document Understanding, Microsoft AI Builder)
- Experience with process mining and task capture tools to identify and prioritize automation candidates (e.g., UiPath Process Mining, Celonis)
- Exposure to MLOps practices, model lifecycle management, or AI governance frameworks
- Experience contributing to sales pursuits, proposals, or capability development within a consulting firm

The estimated base salary for this job is $140,000 - $170,000. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $168,000 - $204,000. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
