The Opportunity:
We are expanding our leadership team with a forward‑thinking firstline manager who is passionate about guiding high‑performance technical teams and shaping user‑centric capabilities that directly support the U.S. defense and intelligence communities.

Responsibilities:

-Manage and mentor a team of specialists, responsible for technical troubleshooting, manning, and customer support.

-Provide strategic direction for how CACI systems work—Workday, Timecards, Policies, ect.

-Drive operational readiness by ensuring your team follows best practices.

-Coordinate daily required activities

-Analyze complex data, reconcile timecards, ensure workday accountability.

-Produce high‑level operational metrics, reports, and executive summaries for internal leadership and external stakeholders.

-Explore current opportunities directly on the CACI Careers portal.

-View professional expectations via CACI and NCMI to ensure accountability.
-To identify risks, track critical paths, and build contingency plans.

-Represent CACI during customer engagements, delivering briefings, demonstrations, and technical discussions at both operational and executive levels.
