Full Job Description
Predicate Logic is looking for a motivated Intelligence Specialist for Family of Integrated Targeting Exploitation (FITE) to join our team at the Naval Information Warfare Center - Atlantic (NIWC-LANT) in Charleston, SC.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:
  • Applicant must be eligible for a Department of Defense (DoD) personnel security clearance.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Support the operational employment and system administration of Maritime Targeting Cell (MTC) systems that enable the collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination of information at the strategic, operational, and tactical levels.
  • Develop, maintain, and deliver curriculum, lesson plans, practical exercises, and support training materials for the operational employment and system administration of MTC systems using the Systems Approach to Training (SAT) methodology and applicable program standards.
  • Conduct formal classroom instruction, hands-on training, over-the-shoulder instruction, and ad hoc skills development in classroom, garrison, and field environments.
  • Provide technical expertise and reach-back support to operators, system administrators, and Field Service Representatives (FSRs) to resolve system issues and improve user proficiency.
  • Establish, maintain, and troubleshoot serial and IP-based communications systems and networks.
  • Provide network and system administration for MTC systems, including Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL 9) virtual infrastructure.
  • Support system implementation by coordinating with unit leadership to understand mission requirements and provide recommendations for system architecture and network topology.
  • Diagnose and resolve simple to complex hardware, software, network, and system issues using technical documentation and established troubleshooting procedures.
  • Analyze system performance and operational processes to identify issues affecting system readiness and recommend corrective actions.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of maritime targeting processes, including Over-the-Horizon Targeting (OTH-T), and related operational workflows.
  • Develop, document, and revise system operating procedures, installation guides, test procedures, and other technical documentation.
  • Provide supporting documentation for contract performance metrics, training records, and billing requirements.

EXPERIENCE:
  • Eleven (11) years of experience (seven (7) with a degree) with DoD Communications/Intelligence systems, including system administration using various operating systems and platforms.
  • Experience in at least three (3) of the following areas: System Requirements, Operational Requirements, Data Analysis, Test & Evaluation, and Training.
  • Recognized expertise in C4ISR Systems Administration, Network Administration, or Hardware Maintenance.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and configuring virtual infrastructure, VLANs, protocols, and server/client relationships.
  • Familiarity with targeting processes, including over-the-horizon targeting (OTH-T), and the ability to train users on its application in operational environments.

EDUCATION:
  • Bachelor's degree or formal military training.
  • Must be Cyber Security Work Force (CSWF) certified for Information Assurance Technician Level II (IAT-II). This requires one of the following certifications: CCNA Security, CySA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security + CE, CND and SSCP. Must have one of these certifications at time of hire and it must remain active.
