Intelligence Security Cooperation and Engagement Planner
The Opportunity:

Effective security cooperation requires an understanding of intelligence priorities, partner capabilities, and the relationships needed to turn shared objectives into action. As an Intelligence Security Cooperation and Engagements Planner, you'll use your intelligence, planning, and partner engagement experience to help the Army strengthen relationships and advance intelligence cooperation across the Pacific.

As a planner on our team, you'll work with Army leadership, security cooperation teams, country teams, partner nations, and other stakeholders to plan and coordinate bilateral and multilateral intelligence engagements. You'll translate command and theater priorities into engagement objectives and help prepare senior leaders and subject matter experts for staff talks, intelligence exchanges, conferences, exercises, working groups, and other partner activities.

You'll coordinate across intelligence, operations, collections, plans, foreign disclosure, security, and other functional areas to ensure engagements have the right expertise and support. You'll develop engagement plans, read-aheads, talking points, background materials, and briefings while tracking commitments, partner requirements, and follow-on actions through completion.

You Have:

• 10+ years of experience with intelligence, security cooperation, partner engagement, plans, or operations
• 5+ years of experience supporting an operational headquarters, Service Component Command, Combatant Command, Joint headquarters, Defense agency, embassy, or Security Cooperation Organization
• Experience planning and coordinating senior leader, bilateral, multilateral, or partner-nation engagements and developing supporting briefing materials
• Experience coordinating across military, civilian, interagency, and partner-nation organizations
• Knowledge of theater security cooperation, Service or Joint staff processes, foreign disclosure, and multinational interoperability
• Ability to travel up to 30% of the time
• TS/SCI clearance
• HS diploma or GED and 9+ years of experience in a professional work environment, Associate's degree and 7+ years of experience in a professional work environment, or Bachelor's degree and 3+ years of experience in a professional work environment

Nice If You Have:

• Experience supporting intelligence staff talks, subject matter expert exchanges, combined exercises, or partner capability development
• Experience preparing engagement materials for General or Flag Officers or Senior Executive Service leaders
• Experience with Pacific security cooperation, partner engagement, or regional security issues
• Experience with the Pacific region
• Ability to display relevant foreign-language capability
• Master's degree
• Graduate of Defense Security Cooperation University education or training

Clearance:

Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information; TS/SCI clearance is required.

Compensation

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $61,900.00 to $141,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
