Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-orientedIntelligence Plannerto join our team atBeale AFBsupporting the480thISR Wing (480 ISRW). The Intelligence Planner will play a critical role inCollection Management,ISR Planning, andOperational Supportto ensure mission success. This position requiresexpertisein intelligence planning, operational coordination, and the ability to integrate ISR capabilities into missionobjectiveseffectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and executeCollection ManagementandISR Planningstrategies to support operational and strategicobjectives.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams, including analysts, mission planners, and operators, to ensure seamless integration of ISR capabilities into mission planning.
  • Identifyintelligence gaps and recommend collection strategies to address them.
  • Provide detailed planning and support for ISR operations, ensuring alignment with mission requirements and priorities.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and other intelligence products to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence planning efforts.
  • Maintainproficiencyin ISR tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery ofcutting-edgeintelligence solutions.
  • Ensure compliance with all security protocols, classification guidelines, and organizational policies.
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience Level: Minimum of 9 years w/o a degree or 7 years with AS/AA or 5 years with BS/BA or 3 years with MS/MA or 1 years with PhD
  • DOD 8140 Compliance based on DCWF code 111 Basic level
  • Technical Expertise:
  • ProficiencyinCollection Management,ISR Planning, and operational-level intelligence support.
  • Familiarity with ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of intelligence collection processes and requirements.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance isrequired.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting480 ISRWor similar ISR organizations.
  • Knowledge ofISR Collection Managementand operational-level intelligence planning.
  • Familiarity with advanced intelligence planning tools and methodologies.
  • Prior experience mentoring or training junior personnel in intelligence planning.

Target Salary Range$80,000 - $128,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
