Purpose and Impact:

This position is contingent upon award of contract, business needs and funding availability. We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Intelligence Management Specialist (IMS) to support U.S. Government intelligence operations and mission planning activities. The Intelligence Management Specialist plays a key role in coordinating intelligence processes, managing analytic workflows, and enabling effective information sharing across operational and analytic teams. This position supports critical national security missions by ensuring intelligence efforts are synchronized, prioritized, and aligned with mission requirements.

The ideal candidate has experience operating within Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Community (IC) environments and possesses a strong understanding of intelligence processes, requirements management, and operational support.

As an Intelligence Management Specialist, you will directly support the coordination and execution of intelligence operations that inform strategic and operational decision-making. Your efforts will enhance mission effectiveness, improve situational awareness, and contribute to protecting national security interests by ensuring intelligence resources are aligned with the most critical priorities.

Essential Responsibilities:
  • Support intelligence mission management and coordination activities
  • Assist with planning, tracking, and managing intelligence requirements and tasking
  • Coordinate intelligence activities across analysts, planners, and mission stakeholders
  • Support development and maintenance of intelligence plans, schedules, and supporting documentation
  • Facilitate information sharing and collaboration within classified environments
  • Monitor intelligence production timelines and deliverables
  • Support briefings, reports, and decision-support products for government leadership
  • Ensure compliance with DoD, Air Force, and Intelligence Community policies and procedures
  • Maintain situational awareness of mission priorities and operational requirements
  • Safeguard classified information and adhere to all security and handling protocols


Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands: The position supports sensitive operations and demands strict adherence to IC analytic standards, information security requirements, and professional ethics.

Minimum Requirements (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):
  • Understanding of Intelligence Community and DoD intelligence processes
  • Experience supporting intelligence planning, coordination, or mission management
  • Ability to organize, track, and prioritize multiple intelligence tasks and deliverables
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency with standard office tools and classified collaboration systems
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills


Additional Requirements:
  • Willingness to comply with all DoD, Air Force, and IC security and conduct standards
  • Ability to complete and maintain required training throughout contract performance
  • Availability to support CONUS and OCONUS missions as required
  • Responsible for maintaining qualifications and training unless Government-directed


Security Clearance Required:
  • TS/SCI eligibility with a favorable Tier 5 (T5) investigation


Minimum Education:
  • Bachelor's degree or Associate's + 10 years' experience


Minimum Years of Experience:
  • 6 years intelligence management or analytic support experience; At least part of the required experience must be within the past two (2) years.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Prior experience supporting Air Force, Combatant Command, or IC organizations
  • Familiarity with intelligence requirements management and production cycles
  • Experience supporting joint, interagency, or coalition operations
  • Background in intelligence analysis or operational planning
  • Experience briefing senior leaders or operational staff
