Responsibilities

We are seeking a highly skilled and experiencedIntelligence Management Specialistto join our team atHurlburt Field, supporting theACC / A2. The Intelligence Management Specialist will play a critical role inmission support management,intelligence planning, andoperational coordination to ensure the success of ACC/A2participation inintelligence exercises. This position requires expertise in intelligence management, operational planning, and the ability to integrate intelligence processes intoexercisemission objectives effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Providemission support managementto ensure the effective execution ofintelligence exercises.
  • Develop and implementintelligence management processesto streamline workflows and enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide exercise planning and technical support to exercise, training, test, and readiness events on a scheduled and an ad hoc basis.
  • Provide technical support, assistance, and advice on intelligence exercise matters at the Service, Joint, and IC levels.
  • Identify, evaluate, and integrate applicable DoD, Service, and IC doctrine, TTPs intoWingand subordinate unit exercise development and training.
  • Work with AGILE FLAG players (USAFWC, ACC, 4 FW, 505 CTS) to develop exercise scenario for agile combat employment lead wing exercise/certification event.
  • Prepare and deliver briefings, reports, and other intelligence products to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with external agencies and partners to synchronize intelligence management efforts and share best practices.
  • Maintain proficiency in intelligence tools, methodologies, and platforms to ensure the delivery of cutting-edge solutions.
  • Travel required 15%
Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

Technical Expertise:

  • Proficiency inmission support management,intelligence planning, and operational-level intelligence coordination.
  • Familiarity with ISR platforms, tools, and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding ofexercise planning,intelligence collection processes and requirements.
  • Skills:
  • Exceptional organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products and briefings.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.
  • Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experienceas member of ACC/A2or similar military organization.
  • UnderstandingofAir Force senior level staffing processes.
  • Knowledge ofmission support managementand operational-level intelligence planning.

Target Salary Range$66,000 - $106,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individuals experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
