Responsibilities

We areseekinga highly skilled and experiencedIntelligenceManagement Specialistto join our team atFort Meade, supportingthe70thIntelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance Wing (ISRW).TheIntelligence Management Specialistwilloversee and managenetwork/systems administrationsupportfor the70 ISRWand subordinate units.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support all aspects of network service management to include user support, performance management, account management, security management, and fault management.

• Administer the configuration and performance of network assets and ensure network infrastructure connectivity through network management toolsets and administrative functions.

• Liaise daily with the Enterprise Service Desk (ESD) and enterprise service center (ESC) to help resolve user and network related issues as well asmaintainthe integrity of the site domain.

• Administerhelp desk support of IT systems; provide first-level contact with customers,to includesenior leadership personnel and convey resolutions to issues,trackand route trouble tickets.

• Provide support to all units, to include future expansion, increase in growth, and ensure the systems management environment functions effectively is executed and the deployment of allsoftware used on the local base network to include baseline images.

• Monitor organizational complianceand responsiveness to multi-discipline intelligence requirements, standards, and customer Requests for Information (RFI)/support.

• Provide executive-level oversight byvalidatingand enforcing standardized procedural instructions across the ISR enterprise.

• Ensure compliance with all security protocols and classification guidelines.

• Travel may berequired(Up to 15%)

Qualifications

Required Qualifications:

• Experience Level:

  Minimum of 12 years with BS/BA; Minimum of 10 years with MS/MA; Minimum of 7 years with Ph.D.

• DOD 8140 Compliance based on DCWF code 462, Intermediate level

• Technical Expertise:

• Expertiseincryptologic support,cybersecurity operations, andnetwork/systemadministration.

• Advanced knowledge in cyber defense tools, network security, and incident response methodologies.

• Familiarity with cyber threat analysis and mitigation strategies.

• Skills:

• Ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, mission-critical environment.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills for producing high-quality intelligence products.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

• Security Clearance:ActiveTop Secret/SCIclearance isrequired. Polygraph highly desired

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experienceworking withor in theUSSF.

• Knowledge ofcryptologic systems, tools, and methodologies.

• Familiarity with Air Force cybersecurity policies and procedures.

• Certifications such asCompTIA Security+,Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), or equivalent.

Target Salary Range$112,000 - $179,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual9s experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
