Leidos is on the lookout for an Intelligence Management Specialist to work in Honolulu, HI. This is an exciting opportunity to use your experience in supporting the INDOPACOM J2 mission. The primary location for this effort is at Joint Base Pearl Harbor-Hickam (JBPHH), Hawaii. Candidates must currently possess a TS/SCI security clearance in order to be considered.

Note: This role is part of a prospective contract, contingent upon final award notification. Anticipated start date would be mid to late May 2026.

Job Summary:

Provides a full range of intelligence and administrative support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists involved in various intelligence disciplines and activities. Responsibilities include reviewing documents for accuracy and responding to staff requests related to accessing, coordinating, consolidating, or formatting information; and assisting with the administration and management of REIs, task actions, reports, and briefings.

Stands watch as part of the Common Operating Picture’s Intelligence Data Layer Fusion Cell (COP‑IDLFC) as the Joint Operations Center (JOC) COP‑IDL Manager during routine operations, and during crisis or contingency operations serves as one of two crisis watch standers. Prepared to deploy during COOP execution.

Supports the Command COP‑IDL SME by helping develop and maintain the COP‑IDL Training Program, which includes Job Qualification Requirements (JQR), Computer‑Based Training (CBT), and USINDOPACOM J2 JIOC in‑class instruction.

Provides a full range of COP‑IDL Development and COP‑IDL Management support to assist analysts, engineers, and scientists across multiple intelligence disciplines and activities.

Updates objects of interest within the COP‑IDL using advanced tactical data processors (TDP) and available COP‑IDL management tools.

Provides COP‑IDL support with demonstrated proficiency managing a COP‑IDL using enterprise and program‑of‑record tools, including FADE MIST, Bodhi, Thresher, Watchbox and Intelbook, Maven Smart System, CHRONICLE, GCCS‑J/GCCS‑13/Agile Client, and Chatsurfer.

Required Qualifications:

  • Current TS/SCI security clearance on day 1
  • At least 8 years of experience relevant to the specific labor category with at least a portion of the experience within the last 2 years.
  • Demonstrates comprehensive mission knowledge and skills that affirms completion of all developmental training and experiences for the labor category.
  • Communicates understanding from information that may be incomplete, indirect, highly complex, seemingly unrelated, and / or technically advanced.
  • Works independently with minimal oversight and direction.
  • Collaborates and work with other IC members on information sharing, driving collection, and addressing analytic disputes and conflict resolution.
  • Develops concise, insightful, and comprehensive products for defense intelligence.
  • Works with teams in researching multifaceted or critical problems.
