Job Description
BAE Systems, Inc. has a contingent opening for a Senior-level Targeting Analyst supporting US Army INSCOM primarily on Ft. Gordon, GA. The candidate's role will be to perform GEOINT exploitation, analysis and reporting of all Advanced GEOINT and Full Spectrum GEOINT (FSG) related disciplines, tradecraft, and products produced by INSCOM MIB-Theater Integrated GEOINT Divisions (IGD). Sub-disciplines include but are not limited to Synthetic Aperture RADAR (SAR), Electro-Optical (EO), Moving Target Indicator (MTI), Light Detection and Ranging (LiDAR), Overhead Persistent Infrared (OPIR), Geospatial Information and Services (GI&S), Wide Area Persistent Surveillance (WAPS), geospatial data processing, and general intelligence analysis. The candidate must possess extensive knowledge and experience in Targeting operations to be considered.

Required Skills and Education
MA/MS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 5 years CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience;
OR
BA/BS degree in Remote Sensing, Cartography, Geography, or related field AND 10 years of CURRENT Intelligence Analysis experience;
OR
HS diploma/GED AND Specialized Training with 15 years of Intelligence Analysis experience.
Relevant experience should be in the field of remote sensing, geospatial analysis, and/or all-source analysis, and include at least 5 years supporting the Joint Targeting Cycle.
Understanding of the Intelligence Cycle, Collection Management Cycle, Targeting Cycle, and supporting intelligence analytic techniques, as well as an understanding of Intelligence Support in the MDMP.
Senior-level research and writing skills; experienced working knowledge of GEOINT software including RemoteView, SOCET GXP, DIEE, and/or ArcGIS.
Experience with photogrammetric principles, techniques, and overseeing/executing target development standard as defined in JP 3-60 and CJCSI 3370.01D.
Training and experienced working knowledge in basic, intermediate, and advanced target development.
Ability to work non-traditional hours or days if mission requirements emerge.
Preferred Skills and Education
GPC-II Imagery Certification
Experience with commercial visualization software, MS Office suite of tools, and/or presenting at community forums and symposiums.
Completion of related Army (or service equivalent) 35/350G, 12Y/125D, or 35F/350F military occupational specialty school.
