Job Description
Atlas Advisors is building a qualified candidate bench for Intelligence Analyst positions supporting U.S. military operations and senior-leader decision-making throughout Europe. Opportunities may include All-Source, Open-Source Intelligence, Cyber Intelligence, and Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence disciplines at Junior, Journeyman, and Senior levels.
All Source Intelligence

• Research and analyze political, military, economic, social, criminal, terrorism, counterterrorism, foreign intelligence, and counterintelligence developments.
• Produce current intelligence updates, intelligence summaries, threat assessments, information papers, technical reports, and senior-leader briefings.
• Conduct indications and warning analysis and assess developments affecting U.S., NATO, and partner-force operations.
• Use classified and unclassified theater, national, and Intelligence Community databases and analytical tools.
• Support operational and strategic planning, crisis analysis, exercises, and requests for information.

Open Source Intelligence

• Conduct open-source research, collection, exploitation, and analysis using publicly available information.
• Evaluate source reliability, corroborate reporting, identify information gaps, and produce timely OSINT products.
• Monitor regional security, military, political, economic, social-media, and other relevant information environments.
• Maintain awareness of applicable open-source authorities, policies, tradecraft, and operational-security requirements.

Cyber Intelligence

• Analyze cyber threats, networks, systems, digital media, and technical reporting in support of intelligence requirements.
• Support digital-forensics examinations, cyber-enabled intelligence, technical exploitation, and reporting.
• Coordinate cyber findings with CI, HUMINT, all-source, law-enforcement, or other intelligence disciplines as required.
• Maintain technical documentation and communicate complex cyber findings clearly to operational and senior audiences.

Counterintelligence and Human Intelligence

• Conduct CI and HUMINT research, analysis, production, and reporting.
• Develop threat networks, persons-of-interest profiles, link analysis, biographic intelligence, and counterintelligence assessments.
• Support debriefing, screening, source-related, force-protection, insider-threat, and foreign-intelligence requirements as authorized.
• Provide written and oral assessments concerning hostile intelligence, terrorism, counterterrorism, and related threats.

Position Specific Qualifications

• Directly relevant intelligence experience in the discipline selected.
• Experience producing intelligence assessments, analytical reports, briefings, and responses to intelligence requirements.
• Experience using intelligence databases, research platforms, visualization tools, or mission-command systems appropriate to the position.
• Regional experience involving Europe, Africa, Russia, Ukraine, NATO, the Balkans, the Baltics, the Mediterranean, or related mission areas is desirable.
• Cyber-focused and certain CI/HUMINT positions may require a Defense Certified Digital Forensic Examiner credential or an industry-equivalent vendor-neutral certification.

General Qualifications

Requirements vary by labor category and position level. Candidates must possess:

• U.S. citizenship.
• An active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility.
• Relevant education and experience for the applicable Junior, Journeyman, or Senior labor category.
• The ability to work full-time and on-site at the assigned OCONUS location.
• The ability to obtain and maintain applicable Status of Forces Agreement, Technical Representative, or other required overseas work authorization.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to support mission-driven priorities in classified or operational environments.
• The ability to travel, work shifts, or work outside normal duty hours when required by the position.

Education and Experience

The contract includes Junior, Journeyman, and Senior positions. Minimum education and experience requirements vary by labor category and may permit additional directly relevant experience in place of a degree. Candidates should clearly identify their highest degree and years of directly relevant experience.

Overseas Assignment

Positions are located in Germany, Italy, Belgium, and other supported European mission locations. Work is performed full-time and on-site in classified, operational, secure-facility, construction-site, or military environments, depending on the position.

Depending on the position, contract authorization, and individual eligibility, overseas support may include:

• Relocation assistance

• Education allowance for eligible dependents
• Authorized logistical privileges
• Family-accompanied assignment where permitted
