Duties will include but are not limited to:
This position is located at the RMS Owego facility and will support the centralized RMS Counterintelligence and Investigations team. Due to the dynamic environment, the incumbent may be required to travel domestically and internationally and may need to work some flexible shifts for mission needs. US citizenship and a DoD security clearance are required for this position.
The selected candidate will be responsible for the following efforts including but not limited to:
• Provide expert investigative support including detailed data collection, comprehensive analysis and thorough documentation to safeguard company assets and programs.
• Ensure all investigations and operations comply with company protocols and legal requirements while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and discretion.
• Support the RMS centralized investigations team with threat management investigations, risk analysis and compliance support as necessary.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to support investigation and operations.
• Develop and implement security strategies to address potential threats, risks, and vulnerabilities.
• Performs work with accuracy; exercises sound judgment in safeguarding confidential and sensitive information; practices diplomacy when dealing with people in sensitive situations.
Basic Qualifications
• 10+ years' experience conducting investigations with background in employee or labor relations, law enforcement, or other related investigatory experience.
• Proficiency in investigative and analytical report writing.
• Well-refined interviewing and organizational skills are essential.
• Must be a self-starter with proven investigator skills and impeccable ethical standards.
• Well versed with legal issues for investigations and applicable state & federal statutes.
• Flexibility and willingness to support other team missions as necessary for success.
• Track record of successful team work and collaboration.
Desired skills
• 15+ years' law enforcement experience.
• Complex investigative experience with high impact results from law enforcement and/or Lockheed Martin.
• Bachelor's degree and/or advanced degree.
• Superior communication skills and ability to collaborate with internal customers at all levels.
• Extensive success collaborating with law enforcement and the intelligence community for mission success
• Ability to use analytical tools to draw conclusions, develop logical leads, and recommend defensive responses.
• Experience in developing and managing an extensive professional network.
Ability to work remotely
Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $99,700 - $175,835. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.
This position is incentive plan eligible.
Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $114,700 - $198,720. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
