Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as an Intelligence Analyst - Level 2 or 3 based out of Aurora, CO.

The Intelligence Analyst (SIGINT Mission Analyst) will support airborne signals intelligence (SIGINT) operations by analyzing ASIP mission data, ensuring data quality, and contributing to effective system tuning for operational employment. This role requires close collaboration with operators, engineers, and mission planners to ensure ASIP sensor outputs are accurate, reliable, and aligned with mission objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as aSIGINT Mission Analystsupporting airborne SIGINT operations and mission planning.

  • Support analysis of ASIP data and logs, including mission recordings, system status outputs, and performance metrics to identify trends, anomalies, and issues impacting mission effectiveness.

  • Support data flow and quality control checksto verify end-to-end data integrity from collection through processing, exploitation, and dissemination (PED), ensuring completeness, timeliness, and accuracy of ASIP outputs.

  • Support review of ASIP tuning controls delivered to operations, assessing proposed changes, validating configuration updates, and providing recommendations to optimize mission performance.

  • Develop and maintain documentation, checklists, and processes for ASIP data analysis, quality checks, and tuning reviews.

  • Coordinate with system engineers, operators, and program leadership to communicate findings, recommend corrective actions, and track resolution of identified issues.

  • Contribute to continuous improvement of mission analytics, including development of standard operating procedures and best practices for ASIP data review.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 2:

  • Requires an active U.S. government Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application.

  • Bachelor's degree and 2 years of relevant experience; 0 years of relevant experience with a Master's. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience with intelligence analysis, SIGINT operations, or related mission analysis.

  • Familiarity with sensor data, mission logs, or technical system outputs.

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to clearly document findings and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications for a Level 3:

  • Requires an active U.S. government Top Secret/SCI security clearance at time of application.

  • Bachelor's degree and 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years of relevant experience with a Master's; 2 years of relevant experience with a PhD. An additional 4 years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.

  • Experience with intelligence analysis, SIGINT operations, or related mission analysis.

  • Familiarity with sensor data, mission logs, or technical system outputs.

  • Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to clearly document findings and communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Direct experience withASIPor other airborne SIGINT systems.

  • Experience performing data flow and quality control checks in an operational or test environment.

  • Background in electronic warfare, ISR, or related mission systems.

  • Experience working with cross-functional teams (operations, engineering, test).

Primary Level Salary Range: $83,400.00 - $125,200.00

Secondary Level Salary Range: $103,600.00 - $155,400.00

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills and current market conditions.

Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives. In addition, Northrop Grumman provides a variety of benefits including health insurance coverage, life and disability insurance, savings plan, Company paid holidays and paid time off (PTO) for vacation and/or personal business.
