Who We're Looking For (Position Overview):

Spry Methods is seeking an Intelligence Analyst III to support national security and intelligence mission operations within a collaborative, multi-agency federal environment. This effort supports critical government initiatives focused on identity resolution, threat screening, intelligence analysis, and information sharing across the national security and law enforcement community.

The work is performed in a dynamic, mission-driven environment where teams operate at a rapid pace and partner closely with government stakeholders to ensure timely, accurate analysis and effective operational coordination.

This is a senior-level role for experienced analysts who bring deep analytical expertise and are responsible for driving mission impact, improving operational performance, and supporting leadership decision-making, while mentoring junior personnel.

What Your Day-To-Day Looks Like (Position Responsibilities):

  • Apply advanced analytical and evaluative techniques to assess and enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of TSC and partner screening operations, including organizational productivity and program performance; mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
  • Maintain a strong understanding of relevant laws, policies, and regulations that influence program and resource management across interagency screening operations.
  • Conduct in-depth studies and execute projects to develop or refine work methods, organizational structures, administrative processes, and support systems to improve operational outcomes.
  • Evaluate, interpret, and tailor intelligence data to customer requirements using advanced research methods and automated intelligence databases, produce reports and briefings for internal and partner agency use; mentor, train, and support quality assurance for more junior personnel.
  • Effectively communicate complex findings to executive leadership through clear, persuasive oral and written formats, including briefings, reports, charts, and other analytical products.


What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Requirements):

  • Active TS/SCI clearance and ability to obtain SCI with a CI Polygraph
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field
    OR in lieu of a degree:
    • Additional 4 years of relevant experience or
    • Associates degree + 2 years of relevant experience
  • 6 + years of relevant experience in intelligence, national security, law enforcement, or related operational environments
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and research capabilities
  • Experience working with complex data sets and intelligence systems
  • Demonstrated ability to produce high-quality analytical products and briefings
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including experience briefing leadership
  • Ability to apply advanced analytical methodologies and structured processes
  • Experience mentoring, training, or providing quality assurance for junior analysts
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a high-tempo operational environment
