Job Title: Intelligence Analyst II (National Security Mission Support)

Job Description

Agile Defense is seeking qualified professionals to support national security intelligence and operational analysis missions within a multi-agency federal environment. This work supports critical government efforts focused on identity resolution, threat screening, intelligence analysis, and information sharing across the U.S. national security and law enforcement community.

The mission operates in a fast-paced operational environment supporting national security priorities, with teams working collaboratively across government partners to ensure timely analysis, data integrity, and operational coordination.

Support may include intelligence analysis, operational support, program management, and mission coordination activities that contribute to protecting the United States from national security threats.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

** Selected applicants may be subject to a government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information.

Agile Defense is seeking cleared professionals across a variety of roles supporting national security mission operations.

Potential responsibilities may include:
  • Apply and train junior personnel in both qualitative and quantitative analytical techniques to aggregate, assess, and analyze threats, intelligence reporting, personal identifiers, and biometric data, and draw logical fact-based recommendations and conclusions in accordance with client Standard Operating Procedures and Guidelines.
  • Demonstrate knowledge and applications of management principles and administrative processes, including communication channels, record keeping, correspondence routing, and organizational structure.
  • Possess strong oral and written communication skills to effectively present findings, ask probing questions, and collaborate with staff to gather mission-critical information and train more junior Intelligence Analysts in the same.
  • Extract, analyze, and synthesize intelligence data from multiple complex sources to support threat analysis, screening, and support for client unit operations; train more junior staff in related best practices.
  • Consistently apply complex guidance and standard procedures, and perform additional assigned duties as needed, including training and quality assurance of more junior staff.


Education and Background

Typically has a Bachelors degree, and 4 years of experience, or equivalent relevant work experience; e.g., each year of work experience may be substituted for each year of education required.
