Responsibilities
Responsibilities Initiate projects to improve quality across the company's Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) program ensuring compliance with applicable federal and/or state intellectual property (IP) regulations. Collect data and conduct segmentation analysis to minimize IPR risk and non-compliance on the platform. Educate stakeholders to ensure IPR protection is enforced across the company's platform in compliance with applicable federal and/or state IP regulations. Implement and enhance proactive monitoring programs, review quality metrics, and investigate reports to minimize counterfeit risk on the platform. Handle high-priority escalations to ensure non-compliant behavior is caught and handled timely. Maintain cross-functional partnerships with internal and vendor teams to implement optimal solutions to IPR-related problems.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Master's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Management, Law or a related field, and 1 year of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Business Administration, Analytics (any), Management, Law, or a related field, and 3 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Intellectual property (IP) infringement risk and incident management, including identifying process gaps and solutions; Drafting reports of IP infringement based on partial or incomplete identifiers, compiling the reporting history of right holders, and compiling the communication history of specific reporters; Building dashboards and reports to gather and process large quantities of data; Identifying, analyzing and improving existing business or product processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards, and improve quality and user experience; and Managing projects involving cross-functional stakeholders to formulate workplan, drive alignment, coordinate collaboration, and deliver strategic business outcomes. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $154294 - $159600 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
