Job Description

As a Intel and Ops Integrator (PSYOP Support), you will play a critical role in driving success and innovation. Our work depends on a Senior Intel SME joining our team to support a Internet-based PSYOP program. You will serve as the Intelligence and Operational Integrator and an expert in special activities and intelligence matters for execution, policy, and oversight of intelligence operations for the client. This role requires deep expertise in SOF intelligence operations, strong communication skills, and the ability to coordinate across multiple agencies and directorates.

HOW A SENIOR INTEL SME (PSYOP SUPPORT) WILL MAKE AN IMPACT
  • Coordinates activities across staff directorates and is responsible for direct coordination with the client's Intelligence Directorate and inter-agency partners.
  • Manages operations, plans, policy, and standards for special activities supporting the broader intelligence strategy.
  • Provides continuity for joint, inter-agency, and national operations.
  • Facilitates coordination of PSYOP posture with national and theater intelligence agencies, services, and theater component commands.
  • Performs as an essential member of a group of hand-picked action officers responsible for directing the planning, development, and implementation of special intelligence operations, oversight, and resourcing requirements.
  • Provides support for all matters pertaining to Intelligence integration for Operational Preparation of the Environment (OPE) activities.


WHAT YOU'LL NEED TO SUCCEED

Education:
  • Master's Degree and 10+ years of related experience required; significant education and experience may be accepted in lieu of degree.

Experience:
  • 10+ years of SOF-related experience.
  • Demonstrated skills, knowledge, and ability to conceive, plan, develop, and produce a wide range of comprehensive operational management, policy making, and oversight actions for SOF intelligence operations.
  • Thorough understanding of Joint and Service operational and intelligence structures, the elements of the intelligence community, target audience analysis, the Modernized Integrated Database, and the targeting cycle.
  • Experience operating on a GO/FO-level SOF staff.
  • Experience in policies and processes regulating the conduct of special operations activities.

Security Clearance Level:
  • Active in-scope TS/SCI clearance required.

Skills and Abilities:
  • Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Ability to work nonstandard hours and in on-call status for periods of time in support of mission requirements.
  • Ability and willingness to conduct periodic travel as required.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience supporting PSYOP or related operations.
