Description -HP is seeking a high-energy, forward-thinking, and customer-centric
Integrator - HP Indigo Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) Program to join our team in Alpharetta, GA.
The Integrator is responsible for the refurbishment, integration, troubleshooting, calibration, and final qualification of HP Indigo presses within the Certified Pre-Owned (CPO) program. As the technical owner of the rebuild process, the Integrator ensures every press leaves the facility in flawless, customer-ready condition, meeting HP standards for quality, reliability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities- Refurbish, integrate, test, calibrate, and qualify HP Indigo presses across multiple product platforms.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex mechanical, electrical, software, and print-quality issues throughout the rebuild process.
- Replace worn components and validate system performance to ensure presses meet all technical and quality requirements.
- Partner closely with internal teams, business partners, and external vendors supporting portions of the refurbishment process.
- Drive rapid resolution of unexpected issues, especially when shipment commitments are at risk.
- Deliver high-quality results while maintaining productivity, schedule adherence, and customer satisfaction.
- Ensure every press is shipped in exceptional condition, ready to provide reliable performance and a successful second life in the field.
Qualifications & Requirements- 7+ years of hands-on experience with HP Indigo presses, or other Digital industrial-scale printing equipment
- Four-year degree in Engineering or other technical related fields.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to diagnose and resolve complex electromechanical issues.
- Exceptional troubleshooting, problem-solving, and diagnostic skills.
- Detail-oriented with a perfectionist mindset and an uncompromising commitment to quality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced production environment, balancing urgency with precision.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills across cross-functional teams, business partners, and external vendors.
- Ability to take ownership, drive execution, and maintain productivity while meeting shipment commitments and quality standards.
Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range for this role is $83,000.00 - $120,350.00 USD annually with additional opportunities for pay in the form of bonus and/or equity (applies to United States of America candidates only). Pay varies by work location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
