Full Job Description
As an Integration Specialist II, you will support interface projects that help connect healthcare data across R1 platforms and client systems. This role is part of the Learn. Build. Launch Program and is designed for someone with foundational data, coding, and implementation experience who is ready to build technical depth in healthcare integrations.

You will work with team leads, experienced analysts, and project partners to execute basic interface projects, support client go-lives, organize implementation tasks, and contribute to successful deployments. This is a strong opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented, collaborative, eager to learn, and motivated by work that supports healthcare operations and patient care.

Responsibilities
  • Execute basic interface projects under the guidance of a team lead or experienced analyst.
  • Support implementation activities from project organization through completion, helping ensure work is completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Assist with interface-related tasks involving healthcare data, data extract solutions, and basic integration workflows.
  • Apply basic coding and query skills to support data review, troubleshooting, and implementation needs.
  • Demonstrate acute attention to detail when reviewing data, project requirements, implementation steps, and written deliverables.
  • Participate in meetings, ask clarifying questions, and communicate progress, risks, or support needs clearly.
  • Support client go-lives after hours as needed and participate in periodic on-call coverage.
  • Contribute to team initiatives within the Deployment team when opportunities arise.


Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2 years of related experience, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Some knowledge of data and data extract solutions.
  • Basic coding skills in JavaScript, C++, SQL queries, or equivalent technologies.
  • Ability to organize and manage implementation work through completion and on schedule.
  • Basic oral and written communication skills, including the ability to speak and write clearly, listen to understand, ask clarifying questions, and participate effectively in meetings.
  • Ability to edit written work for spelling and grammar, vary writing style to meet audience needs, and present numerical data effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow structured implementation processes.
  • Willingness to work on-call for one week at a time several times per year.
  • Willingness to work after hours as needed to support client go-lives.

For this US-based position, the base pay range is $52,025.00 - $121,910.87 per year . Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.

This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 5.00%
