Full Job Description
Cognizant is a seeking a highly qualified Integration Solutions Architect - PEGA to drive solution sales within our Enterprise Integration and Digital Process Orchestration practice. This role is a critical client-facing sales and solution-enablement position focused on driving revenue growth, profitability, and new business acquisition, particularly within the Insurance and broader BFS domains. The role requires strong executive presence, deep domain expertise, and the ability to shape and articulate business-focused integration and process management solutions in collaboration with internal teams and external product partners.

Responsibilities:
• Own and deliver sales revenue, margin, and growth targets across an assigned portfolio of accounts.
• Drive new business identification, qualification, and conversion, including new logo acquisition.
• Establish, manage, and expand trusted advisor relationships with senior client stakeholders and executives.
• Lead high-level client discussions on enterprise integration, business process optimization, and digital transformation strategies.
• Identify client pain points across business processes and technology landscapes and translate them into solution opportunities.
• Lead and contribute to RFP and proposal responses, shaping differentiated and compelling solution propositions.
• Articulate the value of Integration and Process Management offerings with a strong focus on business outcomes rather than technical depth.
• Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to define solution scope, value, and alignment with client expectations.
• Act as the liaison between sales, account, and technical teams to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Partner with product vendors across BPM, RPA, and integration platforms to stay current on product capabilities and roadmaps.
• Recommend appropriate platforms and solutions aligned to client business objectives and strategic goals.
• Build strong relationships across vertical business unit leaders, delivery leaders, product partners, and other service lines.

Required Qualifications:
• 10 to 15+ years of progressive experience in Solutioning, Sales, Service line management, pre-sales, or consulting roles focused on Enterprise Integration, Business Process Management (BPM), Intelligent Automation (RPA), or related enterprise technology services.
• Proven ability to engage and influence C-level executives with strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated success managing complex client relationships, leading negotiations, and closing high-value deals.
• Strong strategic acumen with the ability to influence client decision-making and lead end-to-end business development cycles.
• Deep BFS domain experience, including one or more of the following:
Banking across Consumer Banking, Commercial Banking, Cards & Payments, Private Banking, and Wealth Management.
Capital Markets across Private Equity, Asset & Wealth Management, Brokerage Services, or Market Infrastructure.
• Lending across Consumer Lending, Commercial Lending, Underwriting, Loan Origination, and Servicing.
• Operational domains such as Fraud & Disputes, Payment Investigations, Client Onboarding, Customer Service, Collections & Recoveries, Mortgage Origination, and Default Lending.
• Strong knowledge of process and integration platform partners and their products across Banking and Capital Markets.

Preferred Qualifications
• Experience supporting Digital Banking initiatives, including embedded finance.
• Industry-recognized certifications related to the BFS domain.

Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $160,000 to $175,000+ depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
