Job Summary
The Integration Lead Solution Architect will provide pre-system integration support, contribute to data platform initiatives, and collaborate with the Chief Data Office. The role will address integration challenges, support vendor build-out activities, and adapt technical solutions as project requirements evolve.
Key Responsibilities
• Provide technical leadership for system integration initiatives and pre-system integration activities.
• Design and support system integrations and API-based solutions across enterprise environments.
• Collaborate with vendors and internal technical teams to support solution build-out and integration activities.
• Develop and support data platform capabilities, including data pipelines, data quality, and data governance.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot complex integration, data, and system issues.
• Analyze technical issues and develop practical solutions to support project delivery.
• Create and maintain technical documentation, integration specifications, and solution artifacts.
• Support knowledge transfer activities across technical teams and project stakeholders.
• Utilize AI coding assistants such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Claude to support development, automation, and technical workflows.
• Identify opportunities to automate repetitive technical tasks and improve engineering efficiency.
• Collaborate with the Chief Data Office and other stakeholders to align integration and data platform solutions with business and technical requirements.
• Adapt technical approaches and priorities as project needs and integration requirements evolve.
Required Qualifications
• Strong experience in system integration and API development.
• Experience designing, developing, and supporting enterprise integration solutions.
• Strong understanding of data platforms, including data pipelines, data quality, and data governance.
• Proven diagnostic and troubleshooting skills across integration and data environments.
• Experience creating technical documentation and supporting knowledge transfer.
• Experience using at least one AI coding assistant, such as GitHub Copilot, Windsurf, or Claude.
• Experience with task automation and development productivity tools.
• Ability to work effectively in evolving project environments and adapt to changing technical requirements.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills when working with technical teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.

• Experience collaborating with centralized data or Chief Data Office organizations.
