Job DescriptionJob Summary:onsemi is currently seeking an experienced Integration Engineer - Discrete and Power FET Technology Development team in EFK, who is responsible for the technology introduction and module integration.
ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities: - Design, develop, and optimize discrete power FET devices for various applications.
- Conduct simulations and modeling to predict device performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate power FETs into system-level solutions.
- Perform characterization and testing of power FET devices to ensure compliance with specifications.
- Analyze and interpret experimental data to drive continuous improvement in device performance.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in power FET technology and industry trends.
- Document design processes, test results, and technical reports.
- Provide technical support and guidance to manufacturing teams during production ramp-up.
- Report directly to the Sr. Director of Technology Development.
- Communicate effectively at all levels of the organization, including presenting technical information in executive-level reviews
QualificationsQualifications: - PhD, Master's, or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in semiconductor device design and development, specifically in power FET technology.
- Proficiency in simulation tools such as TCAD, SPICE, and other relevant software.
- Strong understanding of semiconductor physics and device fabrication processes.
- Experience with 300mm fab processes and technology.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Effective communication skills to present technical information clearly and concisely.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Skills: - Experience with high-voltage and high-current power FET applications.
- Knowledge of reliability testing and failure analysis techniques.
- Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements for power electronics
Salary: onsemi is excited to share the base salary range for this position is$164,105 to $221,605 exclusive of fringe benefits or potential bonuses.The final pay rate for the successful candidate will depend on geographic location, skills, education, experience, and/or consideration of internal equity of our current team members.
