Job SummaryWe are seeking a
Senior Integration Architect with deep hands-on and technical leadership experience in
Workato and/or
Reltio Integration Hub (RIH). This role serves as the
platform SME, responsible for defining enterprise-wide integration architecture standards, optimizing high-volume data pipelines, and ensuring secure, cost-efficient, and resilient integrations between
Reltio MDM and core enterprise systems. The ideal candidate will bring strong experience in
batch-based recipe architecture, API integrations, and operational governance.
Must-Have Technical / Functional Skills- Strong hands-on experience with Workato platform and/or Reltio Integration Hub (RIH) architecture
- Design and deployment of high-efficiency recipes and reusable integration components
- Define integration architecture standards, security frameworks, and best practices
- Lead API integrations (REST, SOAP, Webhooks, OAuth)
- Proficiency in JSON, XML, and complex data transformations
- Expertise in error handling, monitoring, logging, and performance optimization
- Strong understanding of batch processing patterns (Bulk Upsert, Bulk Search, etc.)
Roles & ResponsibilitiesPlatform Strategy & Governance- Serve as the SME for Workato and/or Reltio Integration Hub (RIH).
- Define the global integration strategy for recipe architecture, security frameworks, and lifecycle orchestration.
- Govern integrations between Reltio MDM and enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, SAP, and Snowflake.
High-Performance Architecture (Batching)- Architect and deploy high-throughput recipes using Batch Action patterns (Bulk Upsert, Bulk Search).
- Optimize integration throughput while maintaining data accuracy and integrity.
- Eliminate inefficient iterative processing patterns.
Operational Cost Optimization- Drive platform cost-reduction initiatives by refactoring legacy "For Each" loop-based recipes into batch-oriented workflows.
- Actively manage and optimize Workato task consumption.
- Ensure scalable integration design aligned with budget constraints.
Full-Lifecycle Recipe Engineering- Design and build complex, event-driven automation flows.
- Utilize advanced trigger logic, Ruby-based formulas, and multi-step error handling.
- Ensure fault tolerance, retry logic, and resilient data exchange across systems.
Data Pipeline Orchestration- Build and scale real-time and scheduled ETL/ELT pipelines.
- Oversee complex data mapping and RDM transcoding within the integration layer.
- Ensure high-fidelity data movement into the MDM Golden Record.
Monitoring & Operational Intelligence- Monitor system health and job performance using centralized dashboards.
- Proactively manage Task Consumption Budgets.
- Implement automated recovery and alerting mechanisms for failed integration jobs.
Generic Managerial Skills- Provide technical direction and architectural leadership
