Northrop Grumman Space Systems (NGSP) is looking for you to join our team as an Integration and Test Engineer 3I&T Lead 4 based out of Aurora, CO.
Position Overview:
Maintain processes and procedures for the integration and test of space ground stations, and/or related equipment. Coordinate integration activities with supervisors, program engineers and various customer organizations. Document and disposition hardware and software discrepancies and pursuing root cause and corrective actions. Design and developing tooling to aid in the integration and test process.
This position requires being onsite and does not support remote or hybrid work.
Basic Qualifications:
- Must have an active U.S. Government Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance at the time of application
- Bachelor 27s degree in a STEM discipline with 12 years of relevant experience; 10 years of relevant experience with a Master 27s degree; 8 years of relevant experience with a PhD
- Experience with ground system software deployment, integration and testing in complex, layered, environments
- Leadership of Integration & Test activities during demonstration & test -based verification campaigns
- Ability to clearly define and communicate test strategy, drive progress and remove roadblocks
- Understanding of requirements decomposition, verification activity planning and execution
- Development and review of software-intensive test plans & procedures
- Ability to proactively identify software issues, perform troubleshooting and root cause investigation in support of generating detailed problem reports and engage in rapid, collaborative resolution
- Experience with Scripting languages (e.g. Python, Bash), Git
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE)
- Understanding of Agile roles and responsibilities
- Expertise/understanding of Robot Framework, Kubernetes, AWS, Java
Primary Level Salary Range: $161,000.00 - $241,400.00
The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers a number of factors when determining base salary offers such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate 27s experience, education, skills and current market conditions.
Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions as well as allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
