Description
The Integration Analyst unifies frontline IT support with Salesforce platform enhancements to streamline processes and improve service delivery.

Examples of Duties

  • Configure and enhance Salesforce features aligned to business requirements.
  • Contribute to CI/CD practices and support release stability.
  • Design, implement, and support integrations and automations between enterprise systems.
  • Translate requirements into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with help desk teams to triage issues and improve documentation.
  • Produce documentation and maintain accurate change records.
  • Monitor dashboards and metrics to drive improvements.

Typical Skills and Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience across IT support, automation, and software development.
  • Experience with Salesforce administration or development.
  • Understanding of integrations, REST/SOAP APIs, and release management.
  • Experience working with ServiceNow.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Salesforce Administrator or Platform App Builder certification.
  • ServiceNow CSA or ITIL Foundation certification.
