THE POSITION

As an Integrated Supply Chain Operations Manager here at Honeywell Aerospace, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing our end-to-end supply chain processes. You will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing the integration of various supply chain functions, from procurement and production to distribution and logistics.

Responsibilities

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Oversee daily production operations to ensure schedules, volume targets, and quality standards are consistently met.
  • Manage and lead production teams, including staffing, training, performance management, and safety compliance.
  • Plan and coordinate production schedules based on demand forecasts and available resources.
  • Monitor and optimize production line performance, identifying bottlenecks and implementing corrective actions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Lean manufacturing principles to improve efficiency, reduce waste, and lower costs.
  • Ensure adherence to safety regulations, company policies, and operational procedures.
  • Collaborate with supply chain, maintenance, quality, and logistics teams to ensure smooth production flow and material availability.
  • Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as productivity, downtime, scrap, and on-time delivery.
  • Implement process improvements to reduce lead times and increase overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Prepare production reports and communicate performance, challenges, and improvement plans to senior leadership.
  • Support new product introductions and process changes within the manufacturing environment.


Qualifications

U.S. PERSON REQUIREMENTS

Due to US export control laws, candidates must be U.S. citizen, perm resident, protected status under asylum/refugee, OR can obtain export approval.

YOU MUST HAVE
  • 6+ years of experience in supply chain management, with a focus on integration and optimization.
  • Experience providing guidance and coaching to direct and/or indirect reports.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and other relevant software.
  • Knowledge of industry best practices, emerging trends, and technologies in supply chain management.
