Full Job Description
We are seeking an Integrated Program Planner at Naval Base Kitsap - Bangor located near Silverdale, Washington to provide support to Navy and Lockheed Martin Customers for sustainment of Trident II submarine-launched ballistic missile (SLBM).
Key Responsibilities include:
• Performing a variety of cross-functional analytical tasks to ensure coordination of material with future production plans and schedules.
• Developing production requirement data.
• Interacting with internal and external customers regarding production planning, material flow, problem resolution, and production improvement.
• Conducting analysis and develops information using cross-functional MRP system.
• Maintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for deviations.
• Utilizing performance and health metrics analyses to drive actions resulting in improved program performance.
• Partnering with Program & Senior Management to drive cost, schedule, and technical performance by facilitating integration across all functions.
• Interfacing with, preparing materials for, and presenting/briefing to program management, senior management and the customer in an efficient and professional manner.
• Preparing/coordinating the development of planning artifacts for solicited responses.
• Other duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or equivalent experience/combined education
- Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Well organized and detail-oriented
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
- 2-4 + years of experience in inventory control, material planning, or production scheduling.
- Demonstrated success performing in a team environment
- Ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Secret clearance with an Interim Secret clearance obtained prior to start; U.S. citizenship is required.
Desired skills
- Advanced knowledge of program and/or project management principles, practices, and tools
- 4+ years of experience in inventory control, material planning, and/or production scheduling
- Advanced Microsoft Office and project management software skillset
- Experience with MRP/ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle)
- Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Experience
- Demonstrated experience delivering briefings and written communications to internal and external customers
- Strong attention to detail for accurate data maintenance.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple/changing priorities
- Active Secret Clearance

Work Schedule Information
Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $77,700 - $136,965. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement

For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
