We're looking for an experienced
Integrated Program Managers to support the planning, execution, and oversight of complex Air Force acquisition programs. In this role, you'll help ensure programs remain on track by monitoring cost, schedule, and performance while providing recommendations to leadership that support mission success.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage and support all phases of the DoD acquisition lifecycle, including system development, production, fielding, and sustainment of weapon systems and associated technologies.
- Analyze program performance using qualitative and quantitative data to evaluate cost, schedule, risk, and overall program health.
- Identify program risks, recommend practical solutions, and develop alternative courses of action to keep acquisition efforts aligned with program objectives.
- Prepare and deliver clear, professional acquisition documentation, including executive briefings, reports, schedules, program plans, and decision support materials for government leadership.
- Develop and maintain required acquisition reports and documentation, including DAES, MAR, IMP, IMS, and other statutory and regulatory reporting requirements.
- Support Program Management Reviews (PMRs), milestone reviews, Integrated Master Plan (IMP) and Integrated Master Schedule (IMS) reviews, executive leadership meetings, and other acquisition events.
- Coordinate with cross-functional government and contractor teams to track program execution and communicate program status to senior leadership.
- Apply knowledge of DoD 5000 Series acquisition guidance, acquisition best practices, and program management principles to achieve cost, schedule, and performance objectives.
Other duties may include:
- Coordinating as Action Officer for key presentations such as PMR, CIO, CCC, POM requests, current year spend plans and other high level task management.
- Cross coordination of schedules, risk management and key team management tools.
- Lead and coordinate all preparatory work for key team meetings.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications/Technical Experience Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience as a Program Manager within a DoD environment.
- Active Top Secret Security Clearance. (Position may require a SCI)
- Bachelor's and or Master's Degree; PMP Certificate preferred.
- Must be a US citizen.
The annual salary range: $164k - $190k. Salary is dependent upon the role and associated responsibilities, candidate's experience, and qualifications to include education/training, and key skills.
