Full Job Description
MANTECH seeks a motivated, career and customer-oriented Integrated Product Support Management Specialist to join our vehicle sustainment team . This position is remote with travel. The selected candidate will provide maintenance support to multiple families of vehicles globally on the Allied Logistics Engineering Capabilities Sustainment (ALECS) program.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Serve as the primary logistics Subject Matter Expert for the PAWS program, identifying and correlating requirements for manpower, material, facilities, and services to align with program schedules.
  • Direct supportability requirements for Full Materiel Release (FMR) focusing on packaging data, special tools, initial spares, and monthly tracker updates and manage Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) deliverables with the Log IPT.
  • Oversee log product development, lead provisioning conferences, and manage the planning and execution of Technical Manual (TM) verifications.
  • Partner with New Equipment Training (NET) leadership to resource, finalize, and execute Training Support Packages (TSP), Individual Key Personnel Training (IKPT), and Interactive Multimedia Instruction (IMI) deliverables.
  • Manage GCSS-A at strategic and operational levels to validate supply support requests, monitor real-time item-transit data, and oversee supply and maintenance procedures.
  • Coordinate directly with operational units and higher-echelon commands to synchronize program supply and logistics requirements.
  • Gather and analyze operational metrics to identify process bottlenecks and implement cost-efficient, continuous improvement solutions.
  • Evaluate and execute end-to-end lifecycle activities including procurement, storage, distribution, maintenance, transportation, and disposal of material.


Minimum Qualifications :
  • Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant logistics experience OR an Associate degree with 8+ years OR a High School diploma with 11+ years.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience using GCSS-A, Enterprise Logistics Management System (ELMS), or DoD equivalent to manage inventory and maintenance records without requiring basic software training.
  • Demonstrated experience with Integrated Product Support (IPS) elements, including Technical Manual (TM) verification, Training Support Packages (TSP), packaging data development, and Full Materiel Release (FMR) processes.
  • Experience managing Diminishing Manufacturing Sources and Material Shortages (DMSMS) deliverables and coordinating logistics requirements across multi-echelon commands.
  • Ability to travel up to 50% to Detroit Arsenal (Warren, MI).
  • Ability to successfully pass a Pre-Employment Drug Screening; must possess a Valid Driver's License for the location in which the work will be performed.

  • Local candidates residing within commuting distance to Detroit Arsenal (Warren, MI).

  • Must be a US Citizen with a current/active secret clearance.


Physical Requirements:
  • Must be able to balance, bend, carry, crouch, stretch and kneel.
  • Must be able to push, pull, and reach.
  • Must be able to work in high noise areas.
  • Must be able to lift 50lbs and small parts.
  • Must be able to work with computers and CRTs, and type on a computer keyboard.
