Integrated Brand Operations Lead is responsible for coordinating and implementing integrated brand and communications initiatives for an assigned portfolio customer.
This role works across Moore teams, external business partners, and customer stakeholders to ensure programs move efficiently from planning through execution. The Integrated Brand Operations Lead serves as the primary day-to-day operational contact for customers, maintaining visibility across initiatives, coordinating workflows, and ensuring projects remain on track.
Responsibilities include conceptualizing, planning, and implementing integrated marketing campaigns, including earned and paid awareness and advertising, digital activations, special events, and experiential marketing. They will lead a team of in-house and contract staff to ensure that client work is completed on time and within budget. A successful Integrated Brand Operations Lead will be creative, analytical, and possess strong strategic planning skills, as well as good client interface abilities, financial management, and excellent attention to detail.
This position plays a critical role in connecting teams, managing implementation details, communicating progress, and helping deliver a seamless customer experience across integrated marketing and communications programs.
Your Impact:- Serve as the primary operational contact for assigned customer programs and initiatives.
- Lead regular status meetings and provide updates on timelines, deliverables, milestones, and implementation progress.
- Maintain strong working relationships with customer stakeholders and external business partners.
- Ensure customers have clear visibility into active initiatives, priorities, and next steps.
- Help identify and resolve project risks, bottlenecks, and operational challenges.
- Coordinate implementation of integrated marketing and communications initiatives across multiple agency teams and channels.
- Manage project timelines, workflows, deliverables, approvals, and implementation schedules.
- Ensure work is progressing according to customer expectations and internal deadlines.
- Partner with internal teams to support smooth execution across communications, creative, media, digital, fundraising, analytics, production, and other agency functions.
- Track ongoing activities and maintain organization across multiple customer programs simultaneously.
- Facilitate communication and coordination across internal departments and external partners.
- Help align teams around customer priorities, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain visibility into project dependencies and communicate updates proactively.
- Support continuous improvement of workflows, processes, and operational coordination.
- Prepare flawless customer-facing status reports, timelines, PowerPoint decks, implementation updates, and meeting recaps.
- Maintain accurate tracking of active initiatives and deliverables.
- Support reporting and performance review discussions with customers and internal teams.
- Ensure clear and timely communication across all project stakeholders.
Your Profile: - 8+ years of experience in agency operations, client services, program coordination, integrated marketing, account management, or project management.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional marketing or communications initiatives.
- Working knowledge of integrated marketing and communications programs across multiple channels.
- Experience in a full-service agency environment.
- Bachelor's degree required, master's degree a plus.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. required; no sponsorship needed.
- Must be self-motivated, detail-oriented, friendly, dependable, and proactive.
- Must possess strong financial management capabilities.
- Strong organizational and project coordination skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working across teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
- Experience creating presentation decks using Google Slides, Canva or PowerPoint required.
- Proficiency with workflow and project management platforms, including Monday and Adobe Workfront.
- Demonstrated ability to adapt to shifting priorities, demands, and timelines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to travel when required.
