Reliant Medical Group, part of the Optum family of businesses, is seeking a Full-time PsyD, PhD, or LICSW to join our Integrated Behavioral Medicine team in Milford , MA. Optum is a clinician-led care organization that is changing the way clinicians work and live.Position Highlights & Primary Responsibilities:- Schedule is determined by the hiring manager.
- Electronic equipment for telehealth and remote work is included.
- Provide treatment for primary care patients with behavioral health disorders, co-occurring
medical conditions, and mild substance use disorders. - Use of evidence-based treatments such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT),
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing (MI) is preferred.
- Help create and implement treatment plans with behavioral medicine team, primary care, or specialist.

Required Qualifications:- Active and unrestricted license (PhD, PsyD, LICSW) in the state of Massachusetts.
Preferred Qualifications:- Experience working within an integrated primary care model
- Minimum 3 years practice experience
- Knowledge of health psychology or behavioral medicine is preferred.
- Experience with substance use and addiction is preferred.
Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $60,200 - $107,400 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
