- Collaborate with clinical and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding
- Other tasks as assigned.
QualificationsWhat You'll Bring:- Strong sales or admissions background
- Enjoy high-volume phone outreach (50-100 calls per day)
- Personality-first communicator with high emotional intelligence
- Worked in commission-based or performance-driven roles
- Comfortable handling objections and guiding difficult conversations
- Organized and able to manage multiple leads simultaneously
- Healthcare experience preferred but not required
