What You Will Do:

  • Engage with government and contractor stakeholders to collect, clarify, and validate user needs.

  • Translate business, functional, and mission requirements into clear, actionable technical requirements aligned with enterprise data platforms.

  • Support end0to0end intake processes, ensuring requirements are complete, testable, feasible, and traceable.

  • Collaborate with data engineers, developers, and product owners to ensure requirements are properly implemented within an environment leveraging Databricks and enterprise data capabilities.

  • Maintain requirements documentation, workflows, and change logs within government0site and contractor0site environments as required.

  • Facilitate requirement walkthroughs, acceptance criteria development, and readiness checks for delivery teams.

  • Monitor requirement implementation progress and support defect triage by validating alignment with documented needs.


What You Will Need:

  • An ACTIVE and MAINTAINED "SECRET" Federal or DoD security clearance.

  • Bachelor's Degree

  • Experience gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements for data-centric platforms.

  • Experience working in fast-paced delivery environments with evolving stakeholder requirements.


What Would Be Nice To Have:

  • Prior experience supporting government programs.

  • Ability to work effectively in a hybrid environment supporting government0site and contractor0site teams.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate mission needs into technical specifications.

  • Ability to support requirements workflows integrated with Databricks-based data pipelines and analytics.

  • Experience interfacing with both contractor-site and government-site stakeholders.

  • Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools used for requirements management (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps).

  • Experience supporting data engineering or analytics programs built on Databricks.

  • Ability to create process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, and traceability matrices.

The annual salary range for this position is $74,000.00-$124,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
