We are looking for a talented professional to join our team as an
Insurance Operations Coordinator for our Entertainment Practice. This is a hybrid role that requires three days in one of our Marsh offices located in Atlanta, New York, Los Angeles, Miami or Tampa.

We will Count on you to:- Ensure timely and accurate production/processing of complex documents/information, including follow-up for quality assurance, maintenance, and reports
- Maintain a basic understanding of the core aspects of relevant insurance and related legislation (customer awareness) and strengthen established relationships
- Contribute to the achievement of Operations team Service Level Agreements (SLA), Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and business objectives
- Provide support to team and comply with procedures
- Adheres to Company policies and performance standards
What you need to have:- Associate College Degree
- Minimum 2 - 3 years administrative support or customer service background, preferably in commercial lines insurance
- Obtain Property & Casualty broker's license within 1 year
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Familiarity with or ability to learn proprietary applications/databases (e.g., Mdoc & MART)
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced team environment
- Deep attention to details required
- Sturdy organizational/multi-tasking skills, as well as excellent oral and written communication skills

The applicable base salary range for this role is $92,500 to $197,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
