Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to provide legal counsel and representation in matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith claims. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of relevant experience and be capable of managing cases independently from initial pleadings through trial.

Responsibilities

- Represent clients in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation

- Handle all aspects of case management, including pleadings, discovery, court appearances, and client meetings

- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents

- Maintain high ethical standards and professional responsibility throughout all client interactions and legal proceedings

Qualifications

- Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

- Licensed to practice in Pennsylvania; admission in NJ and NY is a plus

- 3-7+ years of insurance defense, coverage, or bad faith claims experience

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to negotiate and advocate effectively

- Proven ability to manage a high-volume caseload independently

- Proficiency in legal research and case analysis
