Role Overview

We're hiring an experienced Insurance Defense Attorney to provide legal counsel and representation in matters involving insurance coverage and bad faith claims. The ideal candidate will have 3-7+ years of relevant experience and be capable of managing cases independently from initial pleadings through trial.

Responsibilities

- Represent clients in insurance coverage and bad faith litigation

- Handle all aspects of case management, including pleadings, discovery, court appearances, and client meetings

- Conduct legal research and draft persuasive legal documents

- Maintain high ethical standards and professional responsibility throughout all client interactions and legal proceedings

Qualifications
