About the role

Luma is seeking a dynamic Insurance Carrier Relationship Manager to lead and expand our partnerships with insurance carriers. This role is critical in driving strategic growth by fostering strong carrier relationships, optimizing product offerings, and enhancing the overall annuity experience on Luma's platform. The ideal candidate will have deep industry expertise in annuities and life insurance, and a proven ability to manage and grow relationships with top-tier insurance carriers.

What you'll do

Carrier Relationship Management

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with insurance carriers, ensuring optimal engagement and collaboration.
  • Drive carrier participation in Luma's annuity and life insurance platform, aligning offerings with market needs.
  • Work cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding, integration, and ongoing support for carriers.

Strategic Business Development

  • Identify new carrier opportunities to enhance Luma's product suite and increase platform adoption.
  • Monitor industry trends and competitor activities to refine Luma's carrier engagement strategy.
