Insurance Sales Representative (Start Immediately)
Brian Harris & Yolanda Santana Harris State Farm - Federal Way or Auburn, WA

Are you a confident, coachable closer who's not afraid to ask for the business? Brian Harris & Yolanda Santana Harris State Farm is looking for an Insurance Sales Representative to join our team in Federal Way or Auburn, WA. This is a fast-moving opportunity for someone ready to start immediately, build serious sales skills, and grow a long-term career in insurance with ongoing training and mentorship.

What You'll Do (Sales First)

  • Start conversations and turn qualified leads into written policies
  • Proactively present coverage options and close with confidence-auto, home, life, and health
  • Use consultative selling to identify needs, recommend solutions, and then ask for the sale
  • Provide great service before and after the sale to drive retention and referrals
  • Track follow-ups consistently to ensure opportunities don't slip away
  • Participate in coaching/training to sharpen sales, product, and objection-handling skills
  • Meet/exceed sales goals with professionalism, integrity, and drive

What We're Looking For

  • A proven comfort level with sales calls and closing
  • Confidence in your ability to ask for the next step ("Let's get you covered.")
  • Coachable-able to take feedback, practice, and improve quickly
  • Strong communication and rapport-building skills

  • Spanish-speaking ability is a huge plus
  • Insurance experience is a plus (training available for the right closer)

Washington Licensing (Required Prior to Hire)

Must obtain/hold Washington licensing prior to hire for:

  • Property & Casualty (P&C)
  • Life & Health

Compensation & Benefits

  • Base salary: $50,000-$60,000
  • Aggressive commission structure + performance bonuses (unlimited commissions)
  • 401(k) with 5% employer match
  • Medical & dental after 90 days
  • Paid training + clear career growth opportunities

  • In-office: Federal Way or Auburn, WA


Compensation: $65,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
