Overview

 

As an Instrumentation and Controls Engineer II in our Madison office, you will help us empower our clients to achieve energy-efficient building solutions, save global environments, and create a better, greener future for all.

In this role, you will you will initially work with and be mentored by experienced engineers and will yourself help to mentor CAD technicians and designers. You will be applying your knowledge while working on significant and complex projects.

 

 

Expertise of our most successful Instrumentation and Controls Engineer II: 

  • BSME or BSEE (or other engineering discipline with applicable experience).
  • 5+ years of experience in the consulting engineering industry
  • Experience with communicating with clients, partners and individuals at all levels within an organization
  •  

Effective skills to help you flourish:

  • Exposure to Building Automation Systems, Programmable Logic Controllers, (PLC), Programming, and Electrical Schematics.
  • Exposure to drafting programs such as AutoCAD or AutoCAD Electrical.
  • Strong commitment to service excellence.
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills.
  • Excellent organization and time management skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and strict timelines, and to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
