Full Job Description
Job Description:
Conducts technical training courses for customers and/or employees in the use of complex situations for multiple products. Interacts with customer and functional organizations to develop specifications for content of courses. Prepares lesson plans from engineering documentation, field service requirements or software documentation. Works with engineering, technical support and manufacturing to ensure that course material reflects current product features. Instructs participants in both classroom lectures and laboratory sessions. Follows up to determineapplicability of course material. 
Responsibilities:
  • Conducts classroom training for internal and external customers, to increase and improve knowledge onproduct and technical characteristics of VMS software and equipment. 
  • Develop new and updates existing training materials to new versions and standards in collaboration with the Standards & Content team. 
  • Plan own activities in cooperation with the other instructors concerned to be prepared for future courses and training. 
  • Identify training needs through consultation with field service and customers, to develop technical and product training programs in collaboration with the Standards & Content team.
  •  Maintain a high degree of professional knowledge and safety consciousness according to VMS guidelines. 
  •  Collect technical information on VMS products’ operating characteristics, design factors, technical and systems performance and developments, to permanently maintain up-to-date training materials.
  • Hybrid role - working from home and onsite at the office.
Minimum Required Skills and Knowledge:
  • Graduate of Technical Institute or University in electronics, electrical / biomedical, IT engineering or related fields. 
  • Minimum of 3 years ARIA and Eclipse field service or installation experience is desirable. 
  • Good knowledge of and professional experience with PC based systems and excellent IT networking skills. 
  • Basic clinical knowledge is desirable.
  • Fluency in English, written and spoken, German language skills desirable. 
  • Excellent interpersonal communication and self-management skills. 
  • Understanding of adult education and learning methodologies.
  • Willing to work normal and non-normal hours as required, to support customers.

The base pay range for this position is:

$93,680 - $128,810

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
