OverviewMillennium Corporation is hiring an Instructional Systems Specialist to work 100% REMOTE. The candidate must have an active secret clearance.
- May serve as Lead Instructional Systems Specialist developing programs of instruction in occupational specialties or fields
- Designs and develops effective instructional programs, training literature and measurement instruments for military and civilian students
- Develops and implements projects designed to establish improved procedures and baselines for the technical training process with minimal guidance
- Creates new master instructional plans and modifies existing plans and conducts task analyses for the training programs
- Works with subject matter experts and existing course materials, designing and developing the instructional analysis, paper-based instructional materials, accompanying support materials such as workbooks, and instructor guides
- Performs instructional analysis to identify training performance objectives; being involved in each phase of the analysis as a quality assurance subject matter expert
- Generates or modifies multi-media and computer-based training plans with assistance from other team subject matter experts while developing the accompanying lessons that use the media.
Qualifications
- Candidate must have an active secret clearance
- Bachelor's degree & 6 yrs of experience or HS Diploma and 13 yrs of experience
- Experience with training development and ISD
Business Development
Assist with Business Development activities as required to support Millennium's strategic business objectives, which may include but not limited to participation in technical interviews, creation of technical documentation, general proposal writing support and proposal color reviews.
Physical Requirements
- Must be comfortable with prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Must be able to lift up to 10-15 pounds at a time.

COMPENSATION:
$110,000 - $120,000
The salary range provided for this position is intended as a general guideline and does not guarantee a specific salary or compensation amount. Final compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors, including, relevant education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities
