Job Location Pope Army Airfield Fort Bragg, NC, Onsite. Minimal domestic travel is required, possibly 10% of the time. Job Description GALT Aerospace is seeking a talented, full-time, salaried Instructional System Designer (ISD) subject matter expert or experienced Curriculum developer, and/or Content developer who has experience developing curriculum for instructor led training to support the Joint Staff, J7 Joint All Domain Network Operations Officer program (JDNO) at the Joint Interoperability & Data Link Training Center (JID-TC). Responsibilities will include:  Designing and developing instructional content, which includes creating engaging learning activities, course content, and materials in various formats like video, print, and multimedia. Apply instructional design models such as ADDIE and utilize learning principles and adult learning theory to create content and assessments, to include but are not limited to: o Instructional systems design and documentation o Storyboards o Developing and aligning training objectives o Workbooks and Training Guides o Lessons Plans o Course management Plans o Course Evaluation Plans and Reports o Survey Instruments o Graphics o Evaluation Criteria and Metrics o Navigation Guides o Tests and Assessments o Scenario prompts o Curriculum Analysis Reports  Work alongside subject matter experts to ensure content accuracy.  Collaborate with other professionals and interface with stakeholders to manage project objectives o Aligning subject matter expert provided materials within courseware o Updating courseware and training materials with subject matter expert provided input and materials Required Skills, Experience, and Education:  Bachelors degree in related field to teaching methodology or business training development with a minimum of 5 years experience or/ in leu of no degree, more than 7 years operational experience.  U.S. Citizenship  At least 5 years related experience in instructional development as well as thorough knowledge of principles, methods, and techniques used in technology-based training.  At least 5 years demonstrated experience developing training requirements.  At least 5 years of adult learning training development.  Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).  Proficiency with Articulate360 (Storyline360)  Proficiency in technology, including course development software, LMS platforms, and potentially visual design tools in a Department of Defense (DoD) environment.  Eligible for Government Security Clearance.  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.  Superior organizational and planning skills.  Ability to build efficient working relationships with instructor teams and military staff. Preferred Skills, Experience and Education:  Active DoD Secret clearance.  At least 3 years experience as LMS administrator (Blackboard - Moodle)  At least 3 years experience working with Articulate360 (Storyline360)  Secret Clearance preferred  Team player with a proactive attitude and the ability to be productive in a dynamic environment  Ability to work in a collaborative environment  Strong oral and written communications skills Physical Requirements:  Must be able to sit or stand for multiple hours at a time  Person in this position needs to occasionally move about the facility  Constantly operates a computer and other office productivity machinery Pay Scale At GALT Aerospace, base pay is one part of the total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as one grows and develops within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $75,000-$95,000, and a specific candidates base pay will depend on their skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
