Full Job Description
Overview

This role provides both project coordination and document development support for technical and operational initiatives. The position is responsible for managing schedules, meeting logistics, document control, and administrative processes while also developing, editing, formatting, and maintaining procedures, training materials, standards, and other technical documentation.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee support for large programs.
  • Build materials using the Microsoft Suite.
  • Consult with clients and internal stakeholders to develop administrative strategies.
  • Provide project planning and oversight for organizational initiatives.
  • Oversee the tracking of training records to minimize organizational risk and ensure the legal defensibility of all training programs.
  • Conduct training gap analyses by working with subject matter experts to identify required knowledge, skills, and abilities.
  • Prepare educational materials and technical documents.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years serving as an administrator and coordinating large programs.
  • Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing or a related field.
  • Shall provide excellent customer service, be innovative, and maintain a high level of integrity.
  • Must have excellent verbal and written skills and be able to communicate effectively.
  • Strong ability to work with technical colleagues and produce relevant content for training.
  • Must have good PC skills with experience in Microsoft Words, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
  • Must have experience serving as a liaison to multiple stakeholder types.
  • Must have expertise in developing and editing technical materials.
  • Organizational and time management abilities.
  • S. Citizenship or U.S Permanent resident status required.
  • Valid Driver's license issued by state of residence in good standing.

Compensation: In accordance with local law, the below salary range is applicable for the job and location associated with this requisition. Compensation will vary based upon experience, education, skill level, geographical location, and other compensable factors.

Other Compensation: Employee may be eligible for participation in the Company's annual Discretionary Bonus Program which is contingent on Company, Business Segment, and Individual performance against Key Performance Indicators which vary by year and employee.

Salary Range

USD $30.00 - USD $55.00 /Hr.
