Overview of the role:

The Learning Instructional Designer is responsible for designing capability-building experiences that accelerate business performance, future readiness, and workforce capability. The role leverages AI-enabled tools, skills-based learning approaches, and learning technologies to create scalable, high-impact learning solutions aligned with organizational priorities.

How you will make contributions that matter:
  • Design end-to-end learning journeys that drive behavior change and performance improvement.
  • Use AI tools to accelerate content development while ensuring quality, accuracy, and business relevance.
  • Curate, validate, and enhance AI-generated learning assets.
  • Translate capability and skills gaps into targeted learning solutions.
  • Partner with business leaders, HR, and subject matter experts to identify development needs.
  • Develop learning solutions across classroom, virtual, digital, and on-the-job modalities.
  • Measure effectiveness through analytics, feedback, adoption, and business outcomes.
  • Support skills-based learning pathways, upskilling, and reskilling initiatives.
  • Contribute to governance standards for learning content, AI usage, and learner experience.
  • Drive continuous improvement through innovation and emerging learning technologies.

Salary: $80,130 to $ 105,170

*Salary offers will vary commensurate with experience, education, skills, and training.
