Job Description:

The Instructional Designer develops tailored ILT and CBT training materials by analyzing OEM content with SMEs, creating learning objectives, and producing structured design documents for NET programs.

• Develop training materials for NET. Coordinates analysis of OEM training content with SMEs.

• Designs learning objectives for training content, and develops design documents for lessons, classes, and modules.

• Develops learning content customized and tailored for ILT and CBT.

The likely salary range for this position is $83,927 - $113,549. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
