Job Description May maintain the highest credit rating within the office and involved in the initial assessment process for new credits, subsequent credit approval discussions, and the management of the workflow. Responsible for ensuring all credit processes are adequate, including the timely completion of credit requests, past due management, credit quality goals, problem credit management and CRA/PRM compliance. Depending on credit and market needs, may also have some responsibility for client contact and revenue enhancement. Manages and leads a staff of portfolio managers.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent work experience
- 10 or more years of banking experience
- Five or more years of management experience

- Advanced knowledge of commercial lending policy, all applicable laws and regulations, credit quality standards, and company and business line policies and procedures
- Advanced knowledge of credit products
- Well-developed leadership abilities and strategic management skills
- Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Considerable tact and diplomacy skills

The salary range reflects figures based on the primary location, which is listed first. The actual range for the role may differ based on the location of the role. In addition to salary, U.S. Bank offers a comprehensive benefits package, including incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase 401(k) contribution and pension (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). Pay Range: $181,730.00 - $213,800.00
