Senior Business Unit Manager, Inspection, Imaging, & Services BUThe Senior Business Unit Manager is a strategic leadership role responsible for driving the performance, growth, and operational excellence of the Inspection, Imaging, and Service Business Unit. This BU is responsible for a variety of imaging and inspection tools (including, but not limited to thermal imaging, acoustic imaging, and process control calibration), as well as the calibration and repair services across all industrial portable test and measurement tools.
This role requires collaboration across functions-including Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and Corporate Strategy-to identify opportunities, counter competitive threats, ensure competitive market positioning, and execute on strategic objectives. This role champions corporate values, fosters a high-performance culture, and ensures the business unit delivers customer-centric solutions while optimizing product lines for global markets. This role requires a blend of strategic vision, market sensibility, business and financial acumen, and strong leadership of both direct and extended teams to maintain close alignment with key stakeholders and business priorities.

Qualifications- Education: MBA or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience: Direct P&L responsibility preferred. Proven track record in product line and product marketing leadership, with demonstrated success driving go-to-market strategies in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial organizations.
- Leadership: Experience leading high-growth, globally complex, and multidimensional businesses. Exceptional team player with ability to lead through influence and foster collaboration.
