Full Job Description

The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible forpartnering with our field selling team to achieve service agreement revenue targets.

This position reports to the Senior Manager, Technical Support and is part ofthe Technical Support and will be fully remote.This position is remote in the Eastern Time Zone.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Develop deep understanding of Mammotome product and service offerings.
  • Achieve annual sales goal for service bookings revenue through consultative selling process.
  • Leverage targeting tools to identify and quality opportunities for service agreements.
  • Actively manage sales opportunities in SFDC and maintain a healthy sales funnel.
  • Partner with legal to negotiate terms and conditions for service contracts with customers.
  • Leads triage and qualification
  • Collaborate with aftermarket service team and other internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement into our existing systems and processes.
  • Participate in cross-functional workshops/Kaizens to assist in the development of new products and services.

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor27s degree required
  • 2 years of experience with B2B selling process.
  • Proven communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Action oriented, self-starter who is highly proactive at solving problems and obtaining results.

Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:

  • 5% travel with a mix of domestic and international locations

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

  • 2+ years of experience working in the Medical Device field

The annual salary range $55,000-65,000.This job is also eligible for commission, and the total compensation target is $100,000- $135,000 annually.This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.
